9/5/2007 - WORKOUT

Workout only today. My schedule did not allow for a run before 8:30pm, so it got axed!

Back and Biceps today.

Single arm rows - 4 sets of 10, the 4th set was a superset until failure
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10

It didn't take long, but it was a good work out!
