Abs and shoulder day! Yes, I took Labor Day off. However, we did enough picnicking and barbequeing this weekend to justify not taking the day off!
Abs - 3 sets of 15 Situps
Shoulders :
Press - 3 Sets of 10
Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 5
Anterior Raises - 3 sets of 5
Posterior Raises - 3 sets of 5
It was a good workout.
