Chest and Biceps
Ok, this was a good day and a good solid chest and bicep workout.
Chest:
- 3 sets of 10 Bench Press
- 3 sets of 12 Incline dumbbell press
- 1 superset of 30 flies
Biceps:
- 3 sets of 10 single arm curls
- 1 superset of 30 double arm curls
