Great shoulder and ABS AND Triceps workout!
3 sets of 10 should press
3 sets of 15 shoulder shrugs
1 set of 30 3-way shoulder raises
4 sets of 15 situps
2 sets of 20 dips
Being that it is the next day that I am posting this...I am just a tad sore, which is kind of disappointing. But hell, I am not doing this for physique!
