Fridays run was not one that I wanted to do. I completely almost did not run. I was cold and tired and grouchy, but thanks to Natalia I went out anyway! I am glad I did, not because it was a great run, but I felt great after and glad for doing it.
Run: Temperature was 36 degrees, and sunny. It was getting dark though as it was about 4:30pm.
