Today was my first day back running in over 3 weeks. Time flies!
How did it go? It went well, I only ran 1.5 miles, and I was just trying to feel things out on a fairly easy route. I could feel the pressure point during my run, but it didn't so much hurt. I am concerned that it is not fully healed, but I think I am in a pretty good spot to start back up slowly. I write this the next day, and I am a little sore but my shin still feels good.

I'll give it another go on Wednesday, but the news so far has been pretty encouraging. Thanks for a lot of the advice I have gotten from many of you!!
