I can't believe that the World Series starts tonight (Wed 10/22/08) and one of the teams in it is my favorite from Childhood! Not since 1993 (15 years ago) have the Phillies played this much October baseball, and we all know what happened that year (Mitch Williams/Joe Carter). Hopefully this year they redeem themselves and bring a pennant back to the city of Philadelphia, we NEED one!
